I really had no intention of blogging tonite. You do know it is movie night plus I got almost all of my swatches in for next season. I am so excited, just you wait. I am doing this one skirt that will surely make your litte chick sparkle. Oh, my....it really is the prettiest fabric I have seen in a long time.

Anyways, I was looking over at Nathalie's blog and saw the best tutu's. I do love tutu's, my boys do not. When I saw these pics I was in awe. I love the simplicity of her work. There are so many great tutu's but Nathalie does such a great job making them with just enough .. I can't think of the word, I want to say flounce, detail, sweeteness... I am not sure. But she has the prefect balance so the child does not get lost. Are you following me?  You know it is always a good thing when the girl wears the clothes and the clothes do not wear the girl.

While I'm showing off some things, why do I love her so much? Ya, I love her from afar. I met Sarah at an art fair a couple of years ago. Oh, man that is right. I was proudly weighing 214lbs with the Beast on board. Wow, how could I have forgot. That is another story. I think I cried every day at that show. You do know there is a thing as pre-pardom, which is similar to post pardom. Excuse my medical terminologly, but man, it is bizarre and a sucky thing. Anyways, Sarah and I traded some MJC for some of these cute cats. Just the other morning he was naming them, 8, 9 10 and mama.

You know what? My blog looks so whacked. I need a make-over. Maybe I'll do that this weekend instead of cleaning the workshop. Why is everything so off centered and random? Yam, a bit like my life, huh? Here comes David, back to looking like I am working....

I just love little girls in tutus! Yesterday was my daughters 1st birthday(sob!) and i made her a cute little tutu to wear. We usually get alot of attention because she is a such cutie;) but we were stopped constantly yesterday. Those tutus are adorable!

what lovely tutu!!! thanks for blogging about my work!!! ohh my the bird cage earring! i have been in a birds and bird cages mood here lately. i bought two bird cages at an antique shop and i repainted one. i will get the other done and hang it somewhere in my house. too bad they are not the same size...or else i'd make earrings out of them! lol! love the three kitty looking plushies!
